ACCOUNT CONVERSION POLICY

From Old Account (with Top-up History)New Account (Newly Created – No Top-up History)

To protect the rights of existing players and to build a fair competitive environment, the Operation Team announces the Account Conversion Policy as follows:


I. ELIGIBLE ACCOUNTS

  • Player accounts classified as Old Accounts (with top-up transaction history).

  • Each account is eligible for conversion one (01) time only.


II. CONVERSION PRINCIPLES

  • Conversion is based solely on the actual Total Recharge amount of the Old Account.

The following will NOT be transferred:

  • Combat power, level, rebirth

  • Equipment, items, and resources

  • Bonus LVCOIN, event rewards, and promotional bonuses

Policy objectives:

  • Acknowledge the value and contribution of existing players

  • Ensure a fair and balanced competitive environment after conversion


III. TOTAL RECHARGE SUPPORT

1. Support rate

  • Support equals 100% of the actual Total Recharge recorded on the Old Account.

Excluded from calculation:

  • Bonus LVCOIN

  • Event bonuses

  • Gifts, refunds, or previous promotions


2. Refund method

  • Total Recharge will be converted into Locked LVCOIN (LVCOIN LOCK).

  • LVCOIN LOCK is a special support currency and cannot be traded or transferred.


3. Weekly refund mechanism

  • LVCOIN LOCK is refunded gradually on a weekly basis, not in a lump sum.

  • Refund day: Every Monday.

Maximum weekly support:

  • 150 USD (equivalent to 3,750,000 LVCOIN LOCK)

  • Weekly refunds continue until 100% of the Total Recharge is fully refunded.

  • Weekly limits are applied to ensure system balance and fair gameplay.


IV. LVCOIN LOCK USAGE RULES

NOT ALLOWED

  • Trading, transferring, gifting, or sending to other players

  • Use in Lorencia Market

  • Use for Tournament Registration

  • Conversion to any other currency


ALLOWED

  • Use on the official Webshop

  • Purchase In-game Packs

  • Only applicable to packs/items specified by the Operation Team

Notes:

  • LVCOIN LOCK has no cash withdrawal value

  • Daily or weekly usage limits may be applied to maintain balance


V. OLD ACCOUNT STATUS & NEW ACCOUNT BENEFITS

After completing the Total Recharge support from the Old Account (with top-up history) to a New Account (newly created, no top-up history):

  • The New Account will receive a Web VIP level equivalent to the actual Total Recharge of the Old Account.

Web VIP granting:

  • Applied once only

  • Processed together with the recharge support


Old Account Closure

After support and Web VIP granting are completed:

  • The Old Account will be permanently locked

Locked Old Accounts:

  • Cannot log in

  • Cannot trade

  • Cannot be restored under any circumstances

Account locking applies only to Old Accounts that have completed conversion.


VI. CONVERSION PERIOD & ACCOUNT STATUS

Conversion request period:
From the policy announcement date until 28 February 2026.

After this period:

  • The Operation Team will stop accepting new conversion requests.

Additional notes:

  • Conversion is not mandatory.

  • Old Accounts that are not converted will remain unchanged according to existing system conditions.


VII. GENERAL TERMS

  • This policy is publicly announced and applied uniformly during the specified period.

  • The Operation Team reserves the right to:

    • Reject conversion requests in cases of fraud

    • Adjust technical or operational details when necessary, without affecting core player benefits

  • This policy takes effect from the announcement date.


VIII. WARNING

 

  • After conversion and permanent locking of the Old Account, all data associated with that Old Account cannot be recovered.

  • Players are strongly advised to consider carefully before requesting conversion.
